What is encapsulation?
For our team that only means one thing, sealed, clean, and most importantly dry. In the simplest terms we first spray the entire crawlspace with a disinfectant. Then we remove all the debris and insulation. Our patented wall curtain is place on the walls and around the piers. One of our floor liners is then put down and sealed to walls and piers. Lastly any other penetrations are sealed, and a dehumidifier is installed. Read why you should encapsulate your crawlspace.
We use the only patented, non mechanically fastened, properly sealed crawlspace encapsulation system in the industry. Our material comes with a 25 year warranty.
Things that we do differently than everyone else.
1. For the safety of your family and our workers 1-7 days before starting your project, we will spray your entire crawl space with a mold encapsulating botanical disinfectant. This will make it much safer for everyone.
2. Prior to your insulation removal we will block off all exterior openings and set up sufficient fans to put sufficient negative air pressure on the entire crawl space. This will keed dust, spores, fiberglass insulation, and any other nasty stuff from entering your home.
